Collaborative Approach

The Company’s Investment Banking and Business Transformation teams work collaboratively with the stakeholders, investors and the Company’s Business Transformation team to analyze the target company’s capital structure, formulate financial strategies (e.g. recapitalization, M&A, IPO or combination thereof) and proposed structures, and manage inter-stakeholder communications by leveraging our client management and broad in-house knowledge of markets, sectors and local laws.

Optimizing Liquidity Solutions

We focus principally on optimizing liquidity solutions, identifying critical issues and opportunities in an enterprise’s value proposition. We implement private placements by applying our expertise in cross-border investment and knowledge of local markets and laws to ensure an efficient process.

Emergis’ Investment Banking team will lead the placement of direct corporate lending and equity investments, including co-investment arrangements among global investors.
